Updated progress (or lack of)

Well, I've maintained fasting for at least 2 days each week,  but didn't mind my macros (see previous blog entries).  Thanksgiving was a train-wreck for dieting.  So were a few drunken nights spent with friends.  And I hardly ever sleep, so fat maintains a hold on my midsection.

On the positive side, I have bulked some while maintaining some small semblance of abdominal muscles. Time to get back to being dead serious about ADF. 

If you want to try ADF make sure you stay busy as hell and drink water like your life depends on it. Also starting your fast at night helps too. Going to sleep as soon as possible on the following night will make you more successful at 36hr fasts!
